I have recently seen the film 'Lady in the Water' again after some time, and just realized again what a great story teller Night Shyamalan is. He has his critics, how else? But his stories (films) - especially Lady in the Water - are important, and ring true in our deep subconscious minds.

I couldn't agree with you more, I just watched it again tuesday night, but this time I gave it my full attention. It shows what can be accomplished when we look beyond our own wants and needs and work together for a common goal. It also shows the desire to be a part of something good and the excitement of participating in finding the answers. It then shows us that every individual posesses a special gift or quality and has a special purpose in the larger scheme of things.
